A radically low-density villa community on the West Crescent, EOME comprises just 24 two-storey villas spread across 660,000 sq ft — occupying land that once belonged to an earlier, cancelled Taj Exotica project. Each five-bedroom-plus villa was shaped by a trio of international designers — architect Paul McClean, artist Alexandra Fedorova and landscape designer Johann Matthysen — with ceiling heights up to 9.84 metres, private pools, private gardens and direct beach access. A clubhouse, yoga lawn, jogging and cycling tracks and outdoor cinema serve the community. With this much land given over to so few homes, EOME reads closer to a private villa enclave than a typical Crescent apartment tower — among the lowest-density addresses the Palm has produced.
