Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah

The full hotel-and-residences complex behind the standalone Kempinski Palm Residence entry — a Palladian-domed, neoclassical five-star property that was the first hospitality brand to open on the Crescent, pairing hotel rooms with 244 residential units across two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments, three- and four-bedroom penthouses and five-bedroom villas. Francesco Molon furniture, white columns and formal gardens set a distinctly classical European tone against the Crescent's newer glass-and-concrete towers. As one of the Palm's original hospitality-branded addresses, it carries a longer operating and resale history than most of the Crescent's more recently launched branded residences.
