Muraba Residences

A Pritzker Prize-winning architectural statement on the Eastern Crescent, Muraba Residences was designed by RCR Arquitectes — the Catalan firm behind the 2017 Pritzker — around a strict, minimalist language of clean lines and floor-to-ceiling glass. Just 46 apartments and four penthouses occupy the ten-storey building, with two- and three-bedroom layouts opening onto private balconies that frame the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa on one side and Atlantis on the other. This is a building bought as much for its design credentials and architectural rarity as for the address — one of the few Palm developments where the architect's name carries as much weight as the developer's.
