Ocean House

A collaboration between Ellington, Northacre and Sol Properties (with residences designed by Bjarke Ingels Group), Ocean House takes the vertical-garden concept literally — landscaping runs up the building from ground level, so the lobby feels closer to a resort arrival hall than a typical entrance. Two- to six-bedroom apartments and penthouses sit behind floor-to-ceiling glass with views stretching across the Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina and the Gulf simultaneously. Private-pool residences are a signature here — several units come with their own plunge pool rather than relying solely on shared amenities. It's Ellington's more architecturally ambitious follow-up to Beach House, with a globally recognised design practice attached and a correspondingly higher price ceiling.
