Palma Holding's original Crescent development, tucked between the Waldorf Astoria and Anantara resort on the West Crescent, Serenia Residences was designed by Hazel Wong — the architect behind Emirates Towers — as a private residential resort rather than a standalone tower. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and half-floor penthouses look out over the Palm, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and the Marina skyline, with an infinity pool, private beach, and a full games room among the shared spaces. As the earlier of Palma's two Crescent addresses (Serenia Living followed later, at the West Crescent's tip), Serenia Residences carries a more established, settled rental and resale history than its newer sibling.
