The only residential collaboration between Giorgio Armani and Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando anywhere in the world, Armani Beach Residences occupies a prime plot on the outer Crescent with just 53 individually designed homes — two- to five-bedroom residences, penthouses and two presidential suites. Every interior is furnished by Armani/Casa with a choice of light or dark palette, floor-to-ceiling glass, and Ando's signature interplay of light, shadow and water features running through 90,000 sq ft of shared amenities: a residents-only spa with ice bath, a cigar lounge, private cinema, and direct beach access. This is branded-residence ownership at its most literal — the fashion house and the architect are as much the product as the address itself.
