Part of the wider Kingdom of Sheba community on the West Crescent, Balqis Residence takes its design cues from traditional Arabian architecture — arches, domes and mosaic detailing in warm sand and brown tones, alongside the neighbouring Fairmont Heritage Place. The residential mix runs unusually wide: studios through six-bedroom penthouses, plus standalone four- to six-bedroom villas with private pools and three-car garages. A private beach club, tennis court and multiple pools serve the community, with views stretching across the Gulf to Dubai Marina and Bluewaters. It's one of the more historically styled addresses on the Crescent — a deliberate departure from the minimalist glass-and-concrete language found elsewhere on the Palm's newer towers.
