Miele kitchens, marble bathrooms, solid wood flooring and smart-home systems run throughout, with owners getting unlimited access to the full Rixos amenity suite: private beach, spa, gym, restaurants and bars, plus a discount across the resort's F&B outlets. It's one of the more understated hotel-integrated addresses on the Palm — smaller in profile than Atlantis or FIVE's residential arms, but offering the same resort-access model at a comparatively accessible price point.
