As boutique as Palm Jumeirah gets: just 14 residences in a ten-storey glass building on Palm West Beach, designed around what the developer calls "freedom from visual noise." The collection runs from three-bedroom lateral apartments to five-bedroom duplexes and a two-floor Royal Penthouse with its own guesthouse and rooftop pool, all finished in travertine stone and Poliform interiors by Innovate's founder Massimo Lisotti. A cigar lounge with a suspended fireplace, an in-house beauty salon, chauffeur transfers and round-the-clock concierge complete a building designed less as an apartment block than a private members' address — the extreme scarcity (14 homes, full stop) is what buyers are paying for.
