Crown Fronds – Signature Villas

The largest and most established villa product on the Fronds, Signature Villas run five to seven bedrooms across roughly 7,000 to 13,000 sq ft (with some custom-built plots reaching considerably larger), each with a private pool, private beach frontage and an individual architectural theme — Arabic, Mediterranean, Spanish, Balinese, Contemporary and more, chosen from a menu of styles when the villas were first built. Five fronds (G, H, I, J and N) were held back by Nakheel for larger custom-built plots sold directly to owners, so villa sizes and specifications vary more widely there than on the standard Signature Villa fronds. These command the Palm's highest villa price tier and the deepest resale history — the benchmark against which every other frond villa product is measured.
